Who is responsible
This website is run by Tea Matanović, Zagreb, Croatia, who is the controller of personal data collected here.

What is collected
When you use the contact form, I receive your name (optional), your email address and your message. This data is used only to read and reply to your message. There is no newsletter, and your data is never sold or shared for marketing.

Legal basis
Your consent given through the form, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

Where it is processed
The site is hosted on WordPress.com and the form is provided by Jetpack, both by Automattic Inc., which processes and stores form submissions on my behalf. See the Automattic privacy policy.

Statistics and cookies
WordPress.com may use cookies and collect basic visit statistics to run and secure the site, as described in the Automattic privacy policy. I do not add my own tracking.

How long
Messages are kept only as long as needed for our correspondence, then deleted.

Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data, and object to its processing. You can also file a complaint with the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (azop.hr).
